We are a fast-growing remote technology team seeking a UI designer to take full ownership of our UI design. What You’ll Do: - Lead UI visual design for the company’s core business products, delivering high-quality design assets and guidelines. - Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to oversee design implementation and ensure the final result. - Maintain and optimize the design system to improve overall efficiency and consistency. What We’re Looking For: - 5+ years of UI design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong professional skills. - Proficiency in Figma and the ability to communicate efficiently and clearly in an asynchronous, remote environment. - A strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with high standards for design quality and timely delivery. - A focus beyond aesthetics—understanding business and user needs and using design to solve problems.
