UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer to join our pioneer team for the launch of our new B2B & B2C e-commerce application. You will define the visual identity and user journey for both merchants and consumers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Enhancement
• Regularly interact with the Marketing Team to analyze user feedback and market trends to determine app enhancements and prioritize new app features.
• App Testing & Quality Assurance
• Conduct proactive app testing to identify bugs, UI inconsistencies, or friction points in the user journey and report findings to the Tech Team for resolution.
• End-to-End Product Design
• Design intuitive wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for B2B merchant tools and B2C shopping interfaces.
• Promotion & Educational Design
• Design high-impact visual assets for app promotion and user education, including onboarding guides, feature showcases, and marketing materials.
• User Research & Trust Building
• Simplify complex supply-chain workflows to create a seamless, high-trust experience for all users.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the internal creative team to ensure all promotional visuals and app interfaces remain brand-consistent.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in UI/UX design. Mobile app or e-commerce experience is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe PS and AI, and Canva. Ability to create both UI components and marketing design assets.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional execution and the ability to bridge the gap between creative design and technical functionality.
• Language: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for stakeholder coordination.
