About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Receptionist to join our Sydney-based hotel operations team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring excellent service and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time guest support through live video calls
• Monitor CCTV and ensure guest safety and security
• Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance staff
• Maintain accurate guest and property records
• Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Good judgment and common sense in handling guest concerns
• Willingness to be on-screen during working hours to assist guests
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
