Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Maintain compliance with PFRS and corporate accounting policies.

Oversee general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and treasury activities.

Tax Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, etc.).

Oversee filings with government agencies depending on the business.

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government regulators.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

Strengthen internal control procedures and ensure adherence to financial policies.

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Manage working capital, liquidity, and banking relationships.

Optimize cash flow and ensure adequate funding for operations.

Evaluate financing options, credit facilities, and treasury transactions.

Strategic Business Support

Partner with department heads on financial impact assessments.

Provide data for pricing strategies, cost analysis, and profitability reviews.

Support new business initiatives, expansions, and feasibility studies.
