Job Description

As an Associate Director, Regulatory Remediation and Controls at Nityo Infotech, you will play a critical leadership role in strengthening our compliance and control environment. You will lead a dedicated team to identify, assess, and implement remediation strategies for regulatory findings, while also enhancing our internal control frameworks to mitigate risks effectively and ensure adherence to local and international regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit, or controls within the financial services industry, preferably in insurance or banking.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on people development and performance.
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and monitoring robust internal control frameworks.
  • Extensive experience in managing regulatory remediation projects, from issue identification to resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine financial regulations (e.g., BSP, IC, AMLC) and international regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
