Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and clearly
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Handle basic cashiering / billing when required
• Keep dining area clean, tidy, and welcoming
• Clear tables and reset tables efficiently
• Follow company SOP, hygiene, and service standards
• Work closely with team members during peak hours
• Assist in opening and closing duties
• Support supervisors in daily outlet operations

Job Requirements

• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
• Experience in café / restaurant / F&B is an advantage
• No experience is welcome to apply if willing to learn
