Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack and label e-commerce orders for Shopee and Lazada shipments
• Manage daily inbound/outbound inventory processes using our Chinese ERP system
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and well-organized; sort goods by category for smooth operations
• Assist with basic warehouse organization tasks as we scale up our operations

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (comfortable with ERP systems, Excel and general typing)
• Meticulous, responsible and detail-oriented—precision matters for our inventory!
• Good physical health, capable of handling light lifting tasks
• Stable work attitude, committed to sticking with us through our growth phase
• Chinese-speaking preferred (essential for operating our Chinese ERP system)
• Hygiene-conscious—we maintain a spotless warehouse for our elderly care product line
