一、岗位使命
统筹仓库整体运营管理，确保库存数据准确、物资安全及出入库流程高效有序；通过优化仓储流程与人员管理，提升作业效率与服务质量，为公司供应链的稳定运作提供有力支持。
二、任职要求
- 具备至少一年以上管理相关工作经验，有仓库管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉仓库运作流程（收货、上架、拣货、发货、盘点等），具备基础库存管理知识。
- 具备良好的组织协调能力，能够合理安排人员及工作任务。
- 熟悉基本电脑操作及仓库管理系统者优先。
- 具备较强的责任感与执行力，能承受一定工作压力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。
- 能接受加班及根据业务需求进行工作调整。
三、岗位职责
- 负责仓库日常运营管理，确保收货、存储、出货等流程规范、有序进行。
- 监督库存管理工作，确保账物一致，定期组织盘点并处理差异。
- 合理安排仓库人员工作，提高整体作业效率与准确率。
- 确保仓库安全管理，包括货物安全、作业安全及环境整洁。
- 及时处理异常情况（如库存差异、延误、损坏等），并提出改善措施。
- 配合相关部门（如售后、客服等），确保供应链顺畅运作。
- 参与并推动仓库流程优化及管理制度的持续改进。
