Description
- Lead workforce management initiatives to optimize resource allocation and performance.
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide accurate reporting and analytics.
- Utilize WFM tools to monitor and forecast staffing needs for BPO operations.
- Prepare and present insightful data visualizations using Power BI and MS Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of workforce strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in workforce management or MIS roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in WFM tools, Power BI, VBA, and advanced MS Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
