We are a B2B appointment-setting and pipeline-generation agency working with clients
across multiple industries.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outbound
outreach, engage decision makers, and help generate qualified business opportunities.
This role goes beyond making calls. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, persistent, and
structured, and is able to learn from conversations and adapt approach when required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Outreach
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to targeted companies and decision makers
- Introduce client offerings professionally and clearly
- Follow structured outreach plans for assigned projects
2. Access & Gatekeeper Handling
- Communicate professionally with gatekeepers and administrative staff
- Gather information to improve access to decision makers
- Adjust calling approach when access is challenging
3. Decision Maker Engagement
- Conduct discovery-based conversations with decision makers
- Understand business context, challenges, and priorities
- Communicate the relevance of the client’s offering clearly and concisely
- Support appointment setting or follow-up actions where appropriate
4. Call Logging & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed call logs
- Ensure documentation is clear and useful for internal teams and clients
5. Feedback & Market Insights
- Identify patterns or challenges encountered during outreach
- Provide feedback to improve targeting, messaging, or approach
- Escalate issues early when outreach is not effective
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, customer engagement, or appointment
- setting is an advantage
- Comfortable speaking with business stakeholders over the phone
- Good communication skills in English, Malay (additional languages are an advantage)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM or call-logging tools
