RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell variety of Imported Recon vehicles to ensure company achieve their sales target set by the Management.
- Create advertisement online (mudah,carlist & facebook etc.)
- Handle enquiry from online and offline
- Arrange appointment car viewing for leads
- Maintain timely follow-ups and keep close tracking of leads for closure of sales
- Must learn how to close sales
- Manage follow up documentation after booking collected
- Manage the delivery process of vehicles to customers
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
- Monthly Base Salary
- High Commission Scheme
- Units incentive (hit target can get extra incentive)
- Team allowances (team hit target can get allowances)
- Benefits such as annual leave,medical leave and many more.
- Provide sales training & car knowledge training
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work flexible hours
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent related experience
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Possess own transport with valid "D" driving license
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
- Result-oriented, tenacious, and able to handle stressful situation and challenges
- Good presentation and effective communication skills
- Must have teamwork spirit
- Self-motivated achiever and independent
- Punctuality at work
- Committed to fulfil sales target set by the company
