Penerangan

  1. Review transactions, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts and cash disbursements, general ledger, revenue and expenditure, fixed assets and other capital expenditures, and other ledger.
  2. Monitor, analyze and ensure integrity of accounting data done by the accounting staff.
  3. Supervises tasks given to accounting staff in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  4. Ensure timely payment of statutory remittances and ensures compliance and accuracy.
  5. Review subsidiary ledger, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries done by staff
  6. Approves account payable voucher, journal voucher and cash receipt voucher.
  7. Initiates month –end-and year-end inventory taking.
  8. Coordinates with external auditors for statutory compliance.
  9. Provides recommendations to improve systems and procedures and initiates corrective actions.
  10. Maintains the confidentiality of the information being processed, stored or accessed in the file/system.

Syarat-syarat

  • BS Accountancy graduate (or any related course)
  • 2-5 years accounting experience or in any related fields
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work in Biñan City, Laguna
