Penerangan

  • Interface with cashier for the daily cashier collection report
  • Daily checking of Official receipts against Excel Report and System Report
  • Daily journalizing and recording of transactions – General Ledger
  • Daily collection report recording in the books
  1. Cash Deposits
  2. Check Deposits
  3. Bank Transfers
  4. Direct Bank Deposits
  • Daily reconciliation with bank balances versus deposits and withdrawals
  • Interface with the AP section for the checks release, outstanding checks and stale checks
  • Monthly bank reconciliation and closing with trial balance
  • Journalizing and recording of payroll expenses twice a month in the books
  • Reconciliation of point of sales transactions against remittance of payment from Global Payment with subsequent recording of all deductions pertaining to their remittance
  • Accounting of Petty Cash Fund with subsequent recording in the general ledger

Syarat-syarat

  • Job Title: Accounting Staff
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; strong numerical and analytical skills; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, with strong ethics and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
