• We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and identify potential candidates using various channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to access qualifications and experience.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidates databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Perform other ad-hoc recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (practicum, internships, or part-time roles).
• Strong understanding of basic recruitment principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
