  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Contact clients regarding overdue accounts via phone and email.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve collections processes.
  • Prepare reports on collection status and outstanding debts.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or related areas.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in credit analysis, collecting debts, conducting credit investigations, and asset management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts receivable, perform fieldwork, and utilize data products for collection strategies.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential field visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, persuasive, and highly organized.
