Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and payroll entries.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Oversee cost accounting functions, including BOM (Bill of Materials), standard cost setting, and variance analysis.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost reduction strategies.
Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with department heads.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate with external auditors during financial and tax audits.
Improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback.

Job Title: Finance Supervisor
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial statements, business intelligence tools, forecasting, analytics, and reporting
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial reporting, analyze data, prepare forecasts, and support strategic decision-making
