  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Participate in performance management and review processes.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
