  • Requires strong communication, networking, and organizational skills to attract and retain top talent while adhering to recruitment strategies and company values.

المتطلبات

  • A four-year degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a common entry-level requirement. 
  • Real-world experience in a professional HR or related operational role is crucial to demonstrate your ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is vital for interviews, training sessions, and writing documents. 
  • Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. 
  • The capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions is key for evaluating performance and recruiting methods
