الوصف

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and prepare silkscreen printing equipment for daily production
  • Mix and apply inks according to job specifications and color standards
  • Align screens accurately to maintain print consistency and quality
  • Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure compliance with design standards
  • Clean and maintain screens, stencils, squeegees, and printing stations
  • Adjust machine settings to optimize output and reduce waste
  • Maintain inventory of inks, vinyl, transfer sheets, and other supplies
  • Collaborate with designers and production managers to meet customer specifications
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
  • Record job history and maintain documentation of completed work

المتطلبات

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in silkscreen printing or garment production
  • Familiarity with silkscreen equipment and ink mixing techniques
  • Good eye for detail and color accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts when needed
