We're Hiring: Assistant Admin & HR

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Eden Cube Marketing is expanding in Kuala Lumpur! We’re looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Admin & HR to support our growing team. This role plays a key part in keeping our daily operations smooth and our people supported.
You’ll assist in administrative tasks, coordinate HR processes, and ensure the office environment remains energetic and efficient.
- Assist with recruitment coordination (posting jobs, arranging interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle general office admin duties such as filing, inventory, and scheduling
- Support HR activities like team engagement and training logistics
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide support to management when needed
