الوصف
- Liaise with customers to gather information and data required for system setup, implementation, and post-sales support.
- Identify and resolve issues within the collected information and data; communicate with clients to clarify and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring it reflects the latest system updates and releases.
- Compile, document, and update ongoing issues, contributing actively to the internal knowledge base.
- Lead client discussions to ensure smooth communication and project understanding.
- Monitor project timelines and coordinate with programmers to address any technical issues efficiently.
المتطلبات
- Eligibility: Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Education: Diploma or Degree holders of Computer Science, Information Technology, Enterprise information system or IT related disciplines
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the IT Accounting Software industry or property management sector.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Capable of working independently with a high level of commitment, integrity, and a proactive attitude. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
