We have a wealth of talent representing over 100+ years of experience creating sales delivery, customer service, cost effective contact management and customized software solutions. We have offices in Atlantic City, NJ, Pasig City and San Fernando, Pamapanga. We currently have 300 employees. Eastwest BPO was founded in 2005 to provide quality, bilingual BPO Call Center services. After several years, we expanded our success into commercial avenues that include Order Entry, P/C based applications, customized call screening & call directors, Avatar call center, Call transcription Software development, Software testing, and QA.
Eastwest BPO serves clients throughout the USA, and it provides services for international business as well.

OUR STORY
We started as a VOIP telco company, playing with the idea of expanding to BPO Services. We didn’t move on this idea until one single client wanted a site visit. We were forced to have an office space to show. What started out as a pain, turned out to be the start of something grand.
From 10 people back in 2009, we have grown to over 300 people today. From one location, we have grown to 4 – 2 local and 2 international offices. From one client to over 50, in multiple industries. No marketing, no advertising. We grew through referral and word of mouth. Our work speaks for itself.
