We extend our services by providing direct endorsements of experienced and qualified candidates to Contact Centers. We supply employers with high quality and efficient workforce promptly and contribute to the client’s success through people. Quality Seeing the increase of professionals locally with minimal opportunities, we acknowledge the need to match the skill set of these professionals with what is needed by the BPO industry. Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions together with its subsidiary – TalentSync Training and Development Services, we provide training on how to deliver quality customer service, enhances the communication skills of each applicant, and make them qualified for the job. We offer English proficiency training. We produce a qualified and fitted workforce through our training efforts.
