Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the moment of inquiry until the completion of their stay.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding facilities, local attractions, and available services.
- Prepare and maintain daily check-in and check-out lists.
- Send booking confirmations and check-in instructions to guests.
- Monitor and follow up on pending payments and refunds.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the team to propose process improvements.
- Perform data entry, including updating customer records, processing orders, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with online booking systems is an advantage.
