Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Development & Expansion

• Responsible for developing and managing AIoT product sales channels in the Philippines,
• including: smartwatches, smart bands, TWS earphones, power banks, laptops, and tablets.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard key distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and e-commerce resellers to strengthen Infinix’s market presence.
• For laptop category, take the lead in developing new core PC channels such as PC Express, Octagon, Silicon Valley, Villman, Abenson, and SM Appliance, establishing strong cooperative partnerships.
• Build a sustainable and efficient channel structure to maximize market coverage and visibility.

2. Distributor Management & Sell-Out Tracking

• Manage order flow, sell-in/sell-out performance, and inventory levels of distributors to ensure target achievement.
• Monitor channel stock, replenishment cycles, and retail sell-out efficiency through regular data tracking.
• Support distributors in pricing control, in-store display compliance, and promotional execution according to brand standards.

3. Sales Target Achievement

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets per category and partner.
• Analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute channel campaigns (e.g. Back-to-School, 11.11, Christmas promotions) to drive sell-out performance.
