Description
- Entering product information into the e-commerce platform (name, description, price, photos, and other details).
- Ensuring the uploaded data is accurate and meets company standards.
- Updating product information in case of changes to prices, stock, or descriptions.
- Removing products that are no longer available or relevant.
- Ensuring that stock data on the e-commerce platform matches actual inventory.
- Coordinating with the warehouse team for stock updates.
- Ensuring product photos, descriptions, and specifications comply with brand guidelines.
- Identifying and correcting errors in the uploaded data.
- Generating regular reports on uploaded products, stock, and sales.
- Providing recommendations for data improvement as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum high school/vocational school graduate, D3, or S1 (preferably in Administration, Accounting, or a related field).
- At least 1 year of experience as an e-commerce administrator or data entry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Shopify.
- High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to handle large volumes of data.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills, especially with related teams such as warehouse and marketing.
- Proactive in finding solutions when data issues arise.
- Stable internet access is required for remote work.
- Willing to work with online systems and digital platforms.
