Description

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

·        Assist in creating and executing plans for sales, profit and staff development;

协助制定和执行销售、利润和员工发展计划;

·        Assist in managing filing system and read company emails;

协助管理文件系统和阅读公司电子邮件;

·        Provide effective leadership to the production team to ensure targets are met;

为生产团队提供有效的领导,确保达到目标;

·        Coordinate the entire operation with the central kitchen during scheduled shifts;

在计划的轮班期间协调与中央厨房的整个运作;

·        Respond to complaints. Ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers;

回应投诉。确保在所有领域提供积极的客户服务,采取一切适当的措施,将不满意的客户变成回头客;

·        Ensure that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards;

确保所有员工遵守公司的制服标准;

·        Conduct orientation and training & coach new trainees;

进行新员工的入职培训和指导;

·        Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties;

规划员工值班表和清洁任务;

·        Perform e-Procurement duties and update Goods Receiving Note (GRN);

执行电子采购职责并更新货物收货通知单(GRN);

·        Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;

保持高水平的质量控制、卫生和健康安全标准;

·        Ensure the strict compliance by all production staff to company’s standard operating procedures;

确保所有生产人员严格遵守公司的标准操作程序;

·        Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations; and

逐步掌握经营餐厅业务的技能;和

·        Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Certification 教育与认证

·        Degree/Diploma (preferably in Business, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field)

学士/文凭学历(最好是商业、烹饪艺术, 酒店管理、旅游或相关领域)


Competencies 能力

·        Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;

出色的沟通、人际关系和领导技能;

·        Passion for customer service, meeting people of diverse backgrounds, and ability to handle customers feedback effectively;

对客户服务的热情,能够有效处理各种背景的客人并处理客户反馈;

·        Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manages stressful situations, and is highly adaptable;

·        Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills;

·        Lifelong learner with strong commitment to continuous improvement;

·        Prior experience in F&B and hospitality industry preferred; and

·        Fluent in English and Chinese. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous, but not mandatory.
