Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Any CS Branch - Ortigas / Makati / Pampanga / Cebu / Davao / Mabalacat / Angeles (Pampanga)
Schedule: Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage potential clients across enterprise and government sectors.
- Conduct in-depth research on client needs, industry trends, and cybersecurity challenges specific to the Philippines.
- Build and maintain a strong market presence through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Partnership & Ecosystem Strategy
- Explore and establish partnerships with local technology providers, system integrators, and industry associations.
- Develop and execute ecosystem strategies that align with company goals and local market dynamics.
- Foster long-term collaborations that drive mutual growth and innovation.
- Sales Execution & Strategic Engagement
- Present tailored cybersecurity solutions to C-Level executives and key decision-makers.
- Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts that reflect client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Cybersecurity Expertise
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, platforms, and services including threat detection, endpoint protection, network security, cloud security, and compliance solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evolving threat landscapes to provide informed recommendations.
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for clients, ensuring alignment with their security objectives.
- Business Analysis & Risk Management
- Evaluate business opportunities by analysing market strategies, financials, and regulatory requirements.
- Assess risks and dependencies associated with deals and partnerships.
- Align sales strategies with company operations and long-term goals.
- Performance & Impact
- Drive measurable outcomes through goal-oriented planning and execution.
- Take ownership of complex challenges and deliver exceptional results.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance performance and add value to the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, preferably within the Philippines or Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record in enterprise and SMB sales, with strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine business environment, including regulatory, cultural, and economic factors.
- Experience in ecosystem development, including partnerships and channel strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity tools and services, including but not limited to SIEM, EDR, firewalls, identity and access management, and cloud security platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is a must.
- Strong organizational and client/partner management capabilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
