Job Description
We are looking for Account Executive cum Admin
Location: B1-6-1, MIDFIELDS SQUARE WEST, JALAN 11/108C, OFF LEBUHRAYA SUNGAI BESI, 57100 KUALA LUMPUR.

Start Date: 01 Nov 2025
Responsibilities:
-Handle day-to-day accounting tasks
-Prepare and assist with tax submissions
-Coordinate with external accountants, and clients regarding payments and documentation
-Maintain organized records of expenses, contracts, and office documentation
-Provide administrative support
-Assist with HR-related tasks
-Support the architectural team
Requirements:
-Proven experience in accounting and administrative work (1–3 years preferred)
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Bukku, SQL) and Microsoft Excel and Word
