• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or commerce.
• With a minimum of 3 to 7 years of accounting work experience.
• With at least 3 years in a supervisory role or with managerial capacity, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry.
• CPA licensed professional

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversees the entire Accounting operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all financial transactions.
• Coordinate and supervise all Accounting sections ensuring proper internal control, financial reporting, and support for management decision-making.
• Supervise all Accounting sections.
• Assign tasks, monitor workload, and evaluate staff performance.
• Review all reports before submission.
• Identify training and development needs for staff.
• Promote continuous improvement in Accounting system process and reporting tools
