Assists in preparation of attachments for BIR reports like VAT input, relief file of purchases and sales, and alpha list.
Gathering of data and monthly reports of all projects.
Assists in preparation tax, returns, payments and reports.
Prepare and examine financial records
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Analyze budgets and financial reports
Maintain accurate financial records
Assist in tax preparation and filing
Provide support during audits
Collaborate with management on financial planning

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, assist with audits.
Working Conditions: Office environment, standard 40-hour work week, occasional overtime may be required.
