Job Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial reporting, manage a team, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in budgeting.
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts.
- Manage budgeting processes and financial planning activities.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance performance.
- Coordinate audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
- Implement financial strategies to optimize efficiency and cash flow.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership abilities, proficiency in accounting software, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours, potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive problem solver, and ability to work under pressure.
