Job Title: Accounting Supervisor


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to lead and oversee daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting and finance, advanced Excel skills, and proven leadership abilities to manage complex financial data and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of financial records and supporting sound business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee daily accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Review, analyze, and manage financial records, reports, and schedules.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel functions, including complex formulas, charts, and spreadsheets, to support financial analysis and reporting.
  • Lead and guide the accounting team by delegating tasks and monitoring performance to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of accounting systems and software such as SAP and MS Office tools.
  • Manage large volumes of financial data with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify discrepancies, risks, or accounting issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support audits, reporting requirements, and financial planning.
  • Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes and workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
  • Prior experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience using MS Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, charts, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in problem-solving.
