BASIC FUNCTIONS :

Responsible for proper billing and charging of all deliveries; keeps tract of all accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Handles processing of invoices and other billings for all deliveries made.
• Maintains subsidiary ledgers for each client reflecting all charged invoices or statement of accounts, official receipts, and other adjustments in credit or debit memos.
• Prepares monthly sales report, accounts receivable reports, aging of receivables, weekly collection reports, statement of accounts and any other reports as deemed required necessary.
• Makes follow-ups and collections on outstanding and due accounts.
• Maintains files for duplicate copies of invoices and statements of accounts stamped received by the client, delivery receipts, debit/credit memos.
• Entertains queries on clients' accounts.
• Performs any other functions as deemed required and necessary.
• College graduate preferably Accounting/Finance major, no experience required.
