Job Description

  • Manage client onboarding process, perform KYC, manage letter of engagement, ensure billing process is in order, drafting directors and members resolutions and other annual corporate compliances (templates and training will be given), managing the e-Signing process (via Docusign etc), filing records into our system.
  • Manage all accounting transactions and prepare and update financial statements that can withstand audit scrutiny, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Equity Statement, General Ledger, and Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) for entities such as companies and partnerships.
  • Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reports and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Ensure timely bank payments and bank reconciliations, AR/AP reconciliations
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, annual tax returns, and other statutory filings.
  • Review tax computations and liaise with tax agents to manage the tax filing process. This includes preparation and practical filing on GST/VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax (ECI, C, CS, CS(Lite), NOA, Personal Income Tax, Stamp Duties (Share transfer etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies
  • Preparation of corporate secretarial resolutions, notices, letters, declarations, consents, minutes
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries, and government authorities to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our accounting app and automation tools to improve efficiency and streamline financial processes.
  • Possess a degree in Accounting or a relevant discipline, along with professional accounting qualifications such as ISCA, ACCA, CA, or CPA
  • Possess experience in Accounting, Tax and Audit in Singapore
  • Proven experience managing a full set of accounts, with strong knowledge of GST regulations, Statutory requirements, Singapore Taxation and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Proficiency in Xero, Quickbooks etc. accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Responsive and organized, proactive and strong pride in one's own work
