We are seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join our team at International Marketing Group in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

1.   Investment Transmittal (All Funds)

• Conduct initial checking of investment application forms to ensure completeness of required fields and attachments.
• Validate corresponding payment details before inclusion in the transmittal.
• Encode and prepare investment transmittal sheets for review by the Finance Supervisor.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper filing of all processed investment applications.
• Coordinate with Customer Service or branches for missing requirements.

 2.   Non-Life Insurance Transmittals (Motor, Travel, CPTL, Fire)

• Generate transmittal reports from systems such as Bolt and compile required data.
• Review and match issued policies against system-generated transmittal reports.
• Assist in reconciling payments received versus premiums of issued policies.
• Record and track discrepancies, and coordinate for resolution.
• Prepare transmittal summary reports for provider submission, subject to approval of the Finance Supervisor.

3.   Coordination & Communication

• Maintain organized digital and physical files for all transmittals and supporting documents.
• Track the status of submitted transmittals and follow up as necessary.
• Communicate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Accounting) for clarifications on documents or payment issues.        
• Assist in preparing reports related to transmittal volumes, discrepancies, or pending items.

• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
