• Set up and configure accounting systems for Philippine clients (chart of accounts, tracking categories, bank feeds, templates, etc.).
• Assist in CAS (Computerized Accounting System) application, implementation, and onboarding for SMEs.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations, account analyses, and schedule preparations.
• Ensure timely posting of transactions and review entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls and process improvements.
• Coordinate with clients for needed documents, clarifications, and financial data.
• Support ad hoc accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
• Has experience using Xero, QuickBooks, or Juan accounting systems.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in general accounting or bookkeeping (PH setup preferred).
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and basic tax concepts.
• Proficient in preparing management financial statements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate directly with clients.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
