- Encode sales, expenses, vouchers and basic bookkeeping
- Monitor inventory (in and out, monthly counts, reconciliation)
- Assists in accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare Documents (OR, DR, SOA, invoices)
- Manage petty cash, bank deposits and admin supports
- Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers and clients
- Graduate of Accounting/Finance/Business
- With or without experience/Training Provided
- Strong in Excel/Google Sheets
- Organized, trustworthy and detail oriented
