Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities include recording financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Regularly perform account reconciliations.

Proficient in MS office applications.
Preferably with a degree in Accounting or Finance.
With 3 - 5 years relevant experience in expense accounting, processing billings and payments, reconciling accounts and generating reports.
Willing to work in an office based in a residence with standard work hours.
Other qualities and traits include attention to detail, strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
