- Organizing, filing and scanning of accounting documents.
- Retrieving requested documents such as check voucher, APVs, journal entries, and other necessary records.
- Preparation of records on excess usage of Globe Bills.
- Preparation and printing of system-generated Expanded Withholding Tax (2307).
- Preparation of transmittals for client charges related to FDA transactions and assay testing, to be forwarded to Credit Card Collection for endorsement.
- Assist in updating VAT-exempt with ATRIG, dutiable value, and incidental expenses in cost sheet file, and in filing importation folders/Quick Red files as needed.
- Assist in updating petty cash monitoring as needed.
- Scanning and photocopying of documents related to BIR/Tax requirements.
- Scanning of BIR form (2307) (Creditable Withholding Tax).
- Updating of VAT monitoring for LOA purposes from VAT returns.
- Transmitting of documents to other departments.
- Assist in organizing and transferring of accounting documents to storage area.
- Provide assistance in year-end physical count, preparation of audit requirements, BIR and/or BOC audits.
- Ad-hoc any required assistance by Accounting Team.
