Accounting Staff is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including recording transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, and official receipts
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
• Encode and update accounting records in the system
• Reconcile bank statements and financial data
• Support in payroll preparation and government remittances
• Assist in preparing monthly and year-end financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor / Manager

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
• With experience in accounting or finance is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, accounting software is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Can work independently and with a team
