About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled finance professional to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you’ll handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, while providing clear and practical financial information to support decisions across the company. You’ll collaborate with department heads and senior management to help the business operate efficiently and make informed financial decision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports, highlighting trends and areas that need attention.
• Analyze costs and departmental performance to identify opportunities for efficiency and savings.
• Support teams across the company in evaluating financial performance and planning resource allocation.
• Maintain strong internal controls and recommend improvements to accounting processes and systems.
• Assist senior management in assessing financial risks and evaluating investment or expansion opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including exposure to management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly and practically.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating with various teams across the company.
