- The role involves processing vendor invoices, preparing BIR Form 2307, and managing transactions in SAP.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests accurately and on time.
- Prepare and issue BIR Form 2307 for all applicable transactions.
- Maintain and update vendor information and ensure all tax documents are accurate.
- Enter and process transactions in SAP, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Support month-end closing activities and generate reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Atleast 1 year experience in Accounts Payable.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and 2307 preparation
- Proficient in SAP (FI Module) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of withholding tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
