Looking for Accounts Receivable

• Must have at least one (1) year experience in AR or Billing and Collection
• Must be a bachelor degree holder major in accounting
• Must have basic knowledge about tax returns, and other BIR related knowledge
• Must be detail-oriented, pro-active and with high integrity
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila

Responsibilities

• Producing of billing statements according to progress reports
• Creating of monthly billing and collection experience in accounts receivables
• Preparing of aging of receivables and AR schedule
• Preparing bank deposits
• Reviewing of open accounts for collection efforts
• Identifying issues with delinquent account and discuss with management
• Following up on customers to encourage payment through phone calls and emails
• Assigning tasks to liaison officer regarding billing and collection
