Requirements:

• Understanding of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, administration, payroll, and compliance)
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
• Ability to conduct manpower planning and coordinate with department heads
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with good data and documentation management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall HR functions, including recruitment planning and execution
• Gather and analyze manpower requirements from each department
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, offering, and onboarding)
• Develop, implement, and maintain company rules, SOPs, and HR policies
• Ensure company compliance with government regulations and labor laws
• Handle daily HR administration, including employee records, attendance, and documentation
• Support payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, and leave
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data
• Provide HR operational support to management and employees
