  • Support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Assist in data entry, document preparation, and filing systems.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.
  • Perform data entry, assist in reports, analyze information, and maintain office organization.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong analytical skills, data analysis capability, and excellent written communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours, potential for remote work.
