- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Manage scheduling & bookings, correspondence, and filing systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist in project coordination and documentation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to support ongoing functions.
- Responsible for government compliances like Business Permits, SSS, HDMF and PHIC and the like to ensure efficiency and compliances with policies and licenses.
- Handle employee benefits
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of materials and orientation schedules.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage government compliances, and assist with project management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact will all the stakeholders.
