ROLE OVERVIEW

The Administrative Accounting Officer provides day-to-day support across accounting, payroll, and office administration. This role ensures financial records are well-maintained, transactions are processed correctly, and internal operations run smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain records of company income, expenses, and financial summaries
  • Manage client billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Support accounting functions such as accounts payable and basic reconciliation
  • Assist in securing and renewing government permits and compliance documents
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for operational and administrative needs
  • Handle incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate teams
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related program
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative support role
  • Working knowledge of government-mandated benefits and compliance processes is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
