Job Description

  • Perform AML, KYC, and customer documentation checks, both manually and using company-provided tools.
  • Monitor movements in customer bank accounts and PSPs, download statements and reports, and follow up on issues with payment gateways, payment service providers, banks, or technical teams as necessary.
  • Communicate professionally with the company’s service providers and partners regarding back-office operations.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and documentation within back-office systems.
  • Prepare and submit back-office reports for internal, external, and regulatory purposes.
  • Reconcile client balances daily with the company’s recorded balances, in coordination with the accounting department.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Assist with any other duties as required by management.
