• To be responsible in office operation, secretarial tasks and administrative assistance.
• Responsible in maintaining client database and 201.
• Maintain effective, efficient and timely office operations and procedures including filing, correspondence and record keeping systems for financial records.
• Manage office supplies, utilities, post, office equipment and etc.
• Check and records staff expense claim reimbursement, DTR and payroll processing, job posting, arranging for interviews, leave administration, etc.

Job Requirements:
