- Prepare detail/layout plans and the like for building permit application and construction drawing.
- Conceptualize designs for Lawson Convenience Store.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate engineering activities and engineering teams.
- Identify and solve engineering problems during pre-construction phase.
- Assist the Construction Manager in handling and managing team-related work and activities in design and planning
- Proficient with AutoCAD, 3D modelling using Sketch-up and Vray
- Has at least 1-year related (Commercial / Convenience Store) experience
- Bachelor's degree in BS Architecture, BS Industrial Technology Major in Drafting, or any related course
- Must be a licensed Architect
